Vous allez pas me croire mais le deuxième projet que j'ai emmené en vacances, c'est la petite broderie "Eté"de Lynette Anderson du défi "4 saisons " !
You won't believe me but the second project I took with me on holidays was the "Summer" stitchery of Lynette Anderson (remember my 4 seasons challenge ?)


Enfin ! enfin !!! Les 4 saisons sont terminées....avec juste 1 an de retard !!
At last ! at last !!!! The 4 seasons are finished....with only one year late !!


A peine rentrée, j'ai commencé le montage du panneau en entourant les broderies d'un joli tissu vert, trouvé en Irlande...(normal, c'est LA couleur de là-bas !) Back home I started to put them into a panel . I have sewn a green border with a nice fabric that I've found in Ireland....( it is the right color to bring back, isn't it !)



Des petits carrés sont prêts pour la suite !!

Pendant mes vacances, j'ai un peu avancé 3 projets...
During my holidays I made little progresses on 3 projects...


En premier, j'ai brodé cette petite broderie de Natalie Bird pour le SAL First I have stitched this little Natalie Bird pattern for the SAL

Puis, dès mon retour j'ai commencé le montage du sac : Then when I came back home I started to make the bag :

 Dimanche dernier, c'était hexagone day ! Last Sunday it was an hexies day !

Et finalement, j'ai terminé ce petit sac aujourd'hui ! And finally I have finished the bag today !

Un projet bien rafraîchissant par ces chaleurs torrides !!! It was a refreshing project during these boiling hot days !!!

J'ai profité du voyage  pour faire un tour de magasins de patch irlandais !
I took advantage of the trip to discover Irish quilt shops !

Première boutique visitée à Tuam, à côté de Galway "The Quilt Shop"

Une petite boutique nichée derrière un magasin de TV avec un accueil très sympathique de Ròsin !
A small shop nested behind a store of TV with a very nice welcome of Ròsin!
Puis "The Craft and Sewing Basket" à Sligo.
Then "The Craft and Sewing Basket" in Sligo.

Un rayon entièrement dédié aux tissus dans un magasin plus grand de bricolage.
A shelf completely dedicated to fabrics in a bigger store.




Un peu plus au nor…

Ahhhhhh ! L'Irlande !!! Ahhhhhh ! Ireland !!!
Sa faune : Its fauna:

Ses paysages à couper le souffle :
Its breathtaking landscapes :


 de Galway, nous avons traversé le Connemara puis les landes du Donegal.... from Galway we have drove through Connemara then Donegal moors...

pour arriver en Irlande du Nord : la Chaussée des Géants et la côte d'Antrim.... to arrive to Northern Ireland : Giants Causeway and Antrim cost...

et n'oublions pas tous ses mystères.... and don't forget all its mysteries...


Bref, vous l'avez compris... des vacances géniales ! You guess right... it was wonderful holidays !
