Aventures martiennes - Martian adventures

Après un début d'année relativement calme... les évènements s'enchaînent à toute allure !
After a relatively quiet start to the year... events are coming together at full speed!

Début mars, j'ai quitté mon monde d'origine pour me propulser jusqu'à la capitale avec ma copine Jacqueline pour le salon L'Aiguille en Fête.
At the beginning of March, I left my home world to propel myself to the capital with my girlfriend Jacqueline for the show L'Aiguille en Fête.

J'y suis allée principalement pour la laine et les teinturières indépendantes et n'ai pas été déçue.
I went mainly for wool and independent dyers and was not disappointed.

En prime j'ai revu ma petite Del @effetsdematieres et ses copines et nous avons passé une super journée.
As a bonus, I saw my little Del @effetsdematieres and her girlfriends again and we had a great day.

J'ai pu dire enfin bonjour "en vrai" à Christelle et lui montrer mon châle "Art Nouveau".
I could say Hello to Christelle "in real" and show her my "Art Nouveau" shawl.

Nous avons fait également des découvertes culinaires extra-ordinaires... israéliennes, japonaises, coréennes ...
We also made extraordinary culinary discoveries... Israeli, Japanese, Korean ...

bref un séjour bien stimulant !
in short, a very stimulating stay!

A peine revenue, j'ai de nouveau refait ma valise mes valiseS😁 pour la Belgique, direction Blankenberg pour le mid-week de patchwork, organisé par l'Association Belge du Patchwork dont je fais partie avec Anne-Marie@anemarigo.
As soon as I got back, I packed my bag  my bagS again for Belgium, heading for Blankenberg for the mid-week of patchwork, organized by the Belgian Patchwork Association of which I am part with Anne-Marie @anemarigo.

Nous avons passé de super moments, bien ri et papoté... cousu quand même...
We had a great time, we laughed and chatted... sewn anyway...

Rencontre avec la mer du Nord... qui est grise...
Meeting the North Sea... that is grey....

et froide !!!
and cold !!!

L'ambiance était très conviviale et j'ai regretté de ne pas avoir fait de cours.... qui sait ?une prochaine fois ???
The atmosphere was very friendly and I regretted not having join a course.... who knows? next time?

Actuellement je suis en plein préparatifs pour notre expo qui approche !!
I’m currently very busy preparing our upcoming exhibition!!
