Un week-end magique ! It was an awesome week-end ! La rencontre avec Tula Pink chez Emma ! Meeting Tula Pink at Emma's shop ! La conférence vendredi où elle nous a expliqué son parcours et sa méthode de travail... Friday we had a lecture about how she works... Le samedi où nous avons commencé le projet "Tula Nova" avec ses conseils et encouragements Saturday we started "Tula Nova" with her counsels and supports Tula est très gentille et abordable Tula is very nice and friendly avec l'aide de sa maman et sa gentille traductrice with the help of her Mum and her nice translator et toute l'équipe de la boutique d' Emma and all Emma 's staff nous avons passé 2 jours formidables !! we spent 2 wonderful days !! A peine l'année commencée, j'ai déjà 2 projets finis ! The new year has just begun and I already have 2 finished projects ! Le défi 100 jours, 100 blocs est enfin terminé et prêt pour la rencontre avec Tula Pink et les copines à la boutique de Emma à Orléans dans quelques jours !!!!! The challenge 100 days, 100 blocks is done and ready for the meeting with Tula Pink and the girls at Emma's shop in Orléans in a few days !!!! Le quilting a été réalisé par Claude Quilting made by Claude quelques blocs de plus près : a closer look to some blocks : Et puis j'ai terminé mon premier châle en tricot grâce aux conseils et soutien de Del ! And I have finished my first knitted shawl with Del's help and support ! J'en suis très fière et comme cela m'a beaucoup plu, j'ai déjà plusieurs projets pour continuer sur ma lancée... I'm very proud of it and as I liked it very much I have already planned sever...

Quand Cécile a annoncé son QAL, j'ai tout de suite répondu présente !! When Cécile told about a QAL, I immediately said yes !! Voilà un défi bien amusant ! This is a really fun challenge ! Il s'agit de faire 2 paniers par semaine, libre choix de modèle, en traditionnel ou moderne. We have to do 2 baskets a week, free choice of pattern, traditional or modern. Evidemment, j'ai opté pour le moderne ! Of course I chose the modern way ! Ensuite il a fallu trouver une idée .... Then I needed to find an idea... Finalement mon choix s'est arrêté sur le bloc proposé par Lori Holt dans son livre "Farm Girl Vintage" Finally I chose a Lori Holt bloc in her book "Farm Girl Vintage" les explications sont limpides et les blocs peuvent se faire en 2 dimensions : 6 1/5 et 12 1/5'  the explanations are clear and we can make the block in 2 dimensions : 6 1/2 and 12 1/5' intéressant pour les assembler ensui...

Bon, j'ai loupé le jour J .... Ooops, I missed the D day... J'espère que vous avez passé d'excellentes fêtes de Noël ! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas time ! Pour ma part, j'ai été bien occupée entre la visite de Delphine et la finalisation de mes cadeaux de Noël... I was very busy between Delphine's visit and the making of my Christmas gifts... et encore je n'ai pas pu tout faire... and I couldn't make all I wanted... En tout j'ai quand même réaliser 4 napperons fleurs !! Nevertheless I could sew 4 flower table toppers !!
